I completed a Dr Link over the wk end and I was contacted first thing Monday morning, I was given an appointment the same day wry pleased Thank you

Required an urgent (private) appointment for progress with an adoption process. Handed a letter to reception in March. Two weeks later, called in to check on progress of appointment to find letter unopened still behind reception. A week later received a text message with an appointment date if 11th May. Others going through the progress in Wiltshire were able to get appointments in days, where as we had to wait more than two months at Beversbrook. Speaking to the adoption agency, this was the longest wait they’d heard of. Very poor service .

Suggested improvements
Opened a processed the letter quickly, respond to our calls/emails, processed our request quicker than two months, not charged my wife and I separately for attending the same 20-minute appointment (£120 each!). Overall a very poor service.

You are asked to use the system on line service, which is great when the queries are responded too. I have some on my account from Lockdown which have never been read! My husband sent one that was only not read but was deleted and when asked about this wasn't responded too either. In general the surgery as a service is improving but it's things like this that let it down.

Suggested improvements
Read and respond to the messages, this saves the patients from chasing and the surgery staff time.

Still challenge for call/face to face appt - use dr link and tells you to call an ambulance take a symptom out and self manage Good messaging responses
